Can anyone give me the lowdown?
Are they the same city?
Thanks, I see the terms tossed around alot so I am wondering if they are two separate towns. I will be traveling there in the summer on the train.
TIA

I appreciate your help!
Looks like the train gets into Grand Falls at 1 AM, do you know if the taxis in the area are available, I see online there are one or two companies. I am looking for transportation from the train station to a hotel.

Oh yes Taxis are available 24 hours a day....but do call in advance so they know to pick up you up. Either taxi service would be fine....I have never used one....but I havent heard any bad things about them either.

As always make hotel reservations ahead of time, especially if it is a weekend as hotels can fill up fast depending on what event is in town.

There is a broad mix...all depends on budget.

We do have a Holiday Inn Express....Country Inn and Suites....Super 8, etc.
Perhaps a good more local chain is the Cmon Inn. It is nice one one level and is near most everything and has several hot tubs. Canad Inn as restaurants and a water park (you must pay extra) and is close to UND. Hilton Garden Inn is also very close to UND and is nice, but again a bit spendier than some. The AmericInn on S Columbia is close to everything as well. It has a heated indoor pool and is close to the Green Mill restaurant (has good pizza). I have stayed at the Road King Inn near the mall and it is nice - no frills but has a nice pool. Comfort Inn and Fairfield Inn are nearby the mall too.

Americ Inn... Cmon Inn or Road King Inn might be my two choices for middle of the road budget with Canad Inn or Hilton Garden Inn for more expensive places. For more budget consious we do have a decent Super 8 and Econo-Lodge.

Thanks again! I am a fan of the super 8 but they are not all created equal
Glad you included a little entertainment and food options. Have a great day,
In your debt....
