I can't wait for you to get your new house! So; when are we setting up our chapped arse stick factory in the old one?

You have a wonderful day!
My initial offer was rejected. I went up a tiny bit...I mean we need capital to invest in the factory. If she rejects this one, I will walk. There are plenty of good houses and good deals out there. Right? Any way what is meant to be will be.

Another nice day is on the menu. We are getting spoiled with this weather! I hope you have a good day!

Sorry to hear about the rejection. Hopefully she will accept your second offer. Yes; I would not go up too high - we need that working capitol. Plus; we don't like loans - the lower the better.

Good luck with this offer!

Have a great day! Enjoy the foliage; it will not last too much longer.

Glad you had a great day! I thought you were grounded? Was somebody else driving? Behave yourself and stay out of trouble.

Sily is back in the shop for a shinny new snow plow. She is getting spruced up for winter. Now, watch, we won't get any snow! But I would not mind that. I'll use the plow to push mulch or pave the driveway.

You better get that camera. I don't think that the leaves will last too much longer. It's already getting a little bare around our house. Lot's of leaves to rake.

Have a great day!

Congratulations! I almost forgot! I was too carried away this morning with getting Sily to the shop.

We're getting closer to that new chapped arse stick company!

Default Target debit/credit card hack---did it affect you? and what are you doing about it?

I have to admit I'm nervous, though I DID check my statement and nothing suspicious yet. I'm wondering if I should contact my bank---or will they contact me? Several yrs ago when the debit card #s were stolen from Sheetz my bank contacted me and reissued a new card. Did anyone hear ANYthing from your yet?

I, personally, did not shop at Target, but my dtr-in-law did. She spoke to her bank today and the CSR told her that the option to get a new card was hers but the bank was advising people to keep an eye on their account and report any activity that wasn't theirs. HTH.

If you are not doing this already check what option your bank has for email alerts, for example I get alerted for any withdrawls or CC transactions for over $XX.XX. You can set it for any amount you want.
