The new generation of nonstick frying pans work really great on scrapple. Put a little Crisco in the pan and make sure you don't turn them too quick. If you turn them too quick you end up with mush.

There are some diners down by me that do a really great job on scrapple; like the Chestnut Hill Diner in Brodheadsville.

Yes, it's got to be crisp on the outside.

Pho anyone?
Usually go to Chinatown in philly on a sat/sun afternoon for my Pho phix...
found this great little hole in the wall Vietnamese Rest. called Pho Fun on Brunswick ave..about 8 minutes from Magoo Manor...

This was today's special $7.00 this version had wafer thin sliced steak, Viet meatballs, and lovely brisket...the broth divine..as good or better than any of the 3 Viet rests. we go to in Philly..took a nice bottle of chilled Reisling ...

total bill with my wifes Chicken dish and two crispy Spring rolls wrapped in lettuce leaves and mint was $19.25...I left 30 bucks on The table... ..the owner was a real sweetheart....will go back.

You're killing me here. I only saw noodles. Did you at least pick up your bowl? Slurp, slurp...sip, sip?

I just saw this in the music forum. Really, I did.

Who wrote the song Hair? Galt MacDermot? He looks a little scary. Rado and Ragni wrote lyrics? Still trying to figure this out.
