Tasty little buggers, easy to clean.
I never did a night trip..
I'm starting to get info on the fishing boats out of New Rochelle. The one charges between $42 and $60 depending on what they're going for and the equipment use (rod & reel) is free.

My cousin Walter, ran a Party Boat out of Belmar in the 1980s..the name of the Boat escapes me.
My Aunt and Uncle had a house in Jersey City..bought the Belmar Beach house in 1957..
My Uncle 'Chase' was a Longshoreman and Union Bigwig..

sooo... that's what financed the Beach House and my Cousins Party Boat..have to find and scan the photos and put them on my album here.

This was the days of no limits on Fluke..a return trip picture had over 100 Fluke laid out on the Dock from 24 inch 'Doormats' to 10' inchers hardly worth
fileting
Chinese peeps from NYC restaurants would come down and buy up the small ones..

I found out how they prepared and served the them years later ...and was pleasantly suprised.

I'm in Scranton but don't usually eat out. When I do, it's in NYC area and NJ.
