You need to see for yourself if you are looking to move to this area. It is wonderful. If some people have problems with an area, that's their own opinion. You need to check out Tunkhannock and see the beauty it has to offer!

Be warned. if you do move to Tunkhannock, I surely hope you do not have children because you and your children will become a target of the CYS. If you show any kind of affection to your children CYS zeros in on anyone who shows any kind of physical affection to their own children. The CYS is a vicious bunch of rattle snakes!!! So proceed with caution... YOU HAVE BEEN FAIRLY WARNED!!!

Maybe you have a problem with the CYS and your children. There are plenty of loving parents showing affection right here in Tunkhannock without problems.

Tunkhannock has become a traffic nightmare with nothing, but constant truck traffic. Thats not an opinion its a fact and just about every other road along the river going to and from Tunk is a nightmare as well.

At certain times of day it is congested but for the most part it is hardly a nightmare.

I think having to follow five or six huge trucks up and down Keelersburg rd all day is a nightmare. I think that when there are so many trucks and cars waiting to turn on to the by-pass that the traffic is backed up to the jeep dealer and sometimes the carwash, its a nightymare.
