I wondering if anyone has had experience with services that do property clean outs. Any recommendations ?
Thanks.

Besides the location; what kind of cleanout? Is this for a house or business or cleaning up a lot? Let’s say that it is a house; do you just want professional cleaners or do you want to sell everything that is inside the house? Do you just need a garage cleaned out? You just have to be a little more specific if you want somebody to give you good advice. It would not do you any good for me to recommend somebody (if I could) if you don’t live in my area.

I am sorry......I posted early early this morning and was not apparently not totally awake! This is a house in the Nanticoke area I am getting ready to clean out for rental/sale. Garage and basement clean out and possibly moving things to storage. Does that make more sense?

check with a local real estate office...they hire out property cleaners for homes they are selling that are vacant...so they should have recommendations on companies they utilize...

If you think there may be something of potential value you might contact the Savo auctioneers ... they do walk throughs and are experts at spotting antiques, memorabilia, other specialty items, which they then auction off. They may also know people who specialize in 'cleanouts'.

They always say (on their radio show) 'don't throw anything away before you call us'. I'm sure they will know if it is worth a look if you give them some background info on the phone. If you have any doubt, just call them.

Savo Auctioneers, LLC

Thanks for the suggestions. I did think of Savo's but watching what they auction off, I don't think they would be interested. I was hoping to get someone who actually had to do this type of thing. I will check with realtors. Thank you for the offer Riverside but that is quite the distance for you to go and I think it would be at least a 2 day affair.
