Hello ! I am looking to buy a vacation home in the area of the Poconos. I was looking at Trails End in Shohola which has things about it I like(seems alot more affordable than other places). I know people who have a place at Eagle Lake but that seems awfully close to the areas that are becoming crime infested. Ive also looked at Lake Adventure. I know there must be alot more communites out there. Id like to buy a really nice RV("little house" type) and spend hopefully under 35,000.

Any advice/input would be much appreciated !!!!

Chris

I was looking at those too, you mean those "little houses" that they technically call mobile homes but are more like houses ? Those are what I was talking about. I want to get to know the area better before I buy an actual house. I dont want to buy a house and then be there for a little while and go "oh I wish i lived there instead of here" and then be stuck trying to sell a house in this economy.

Those "little house" units are referred to as a "park model" trailer. Meant to be permanently located.
