could some one give me the names and locations of the diferent nieghborhoods in wilkes barre please, and any information on wich ones would be concidered drug areas or high crime zones looking at buying a home but dont know any thing about the area.

actualy im looking to buy a rental property in a nice area perferably with no drug activity low crime not in a flood plain and high income potential however i ll settle for a decent area with minor issues perferably not in a flood plain collage area ok just dont know what areas to watch out for as far as drug trafficking goes and as long as im not loosing my shirt im happy. i guess i mostly need to know where the drug areas are so i can avoid them. Thanks
