I just moved out of my apartment after two months, it was initially suppose to be a month to month agreement, but the landlord wrote it for a year term however, the dates are wrong ( outdated ), the lease has the wrong name on it and there is no place where I signed it, only wrote my name and information. Can this be used as a legal contract in court?

I am by no means a legal scholar, but I can't see how someone can submit into evidence an unsigned contract.

If you gave notice you were moving out, you should be fine.

This may help

I'm not a lawyer but I doubt something that's not signed will hold up in court.

I'm not a lawyer but if I were, I'd like to hear more facts before I decide to represent the OP.
