thats the way you would think it should play out,its not subject to nj law but the fact is you are.

when we first checked with the pa state police they basically said anything goes in pa since you dont need a permit. however you must be in legal possesion of your guns.

whether or not your in legal possesion in pa is determined not by pa laws but by the terms of your homestate permit.

if you break any of the rules in your home state then you are not in legal possesion in pa if challenged.

our nyc permits were in violation because we were outside the residence.

your new jersey permit is in violation if you slept over in pa and didnt return back home immeadiately after shooting at the range. new jersey only allows day trips to the range.

in fact pa has out of state non resident full carry permits. however if your home state didnt issue you a full carry then you cant get a non resident permit either .
