You're kind of late to the hunt. Most quality rentals will be rented for the summer months already. My place has been booked June-Sept for a few months now.

Not sure what part of NE PA you're looking at, but maybe the Beech Mountain Lakes complex (or it's condo section called Quail Hollow) in Drums. They have a pool and a stocked lake.
