Hello,
Hoping to get some advice for where we can find a nice upscale summer rental for a family of 3 with a 1.5 year old for the month of July. Looking for a full-service luxurious community with pool, beach, healthclub, etc etc... Don't know much about the area so would love any guidance!

thanks.

I think Pocono Mt Lakes Realty handles a lot of rentals in Lake Naomi, you can try them. That is a really nice vacation community and it is up-scale. Good Luck!!

I would suggest Lake Harmony/Split Rock Resort Area

Your family would probably would enjoy the indoor water park at Split Rock.

I would not consider Split Rock to be upscale AT ALL. Beautiful grounds but everything else is awful. They also sell timeshares. I know people in the area buy them because they are allowed year round access. So people just show up and can use the grounds. You can alos buy day passes to the waterpark. Not a fan of splitrock and I don't even insist on the best.
