I agree. He did work for a lot of guys at my husband's former company, and they highly recommended him. We are do-it-yourselfers, but we were moving and didn't have time to do the work ourselves. We've had contractors in before and they were awful, which is why we became do-it-yourselfers. We were very cautious about hiring anyone to do any work for us, but Steve was fantastic. We were very impressed, truly.

Good luck to you!

I'll PM you. I had a nightmare with contractors when I relocated here three years ago but, since then, found an amazing builder who does everything and anything, brilliantly and so affordably. I think I'd have moved away had I not found him.

His name is Mark Struck and, now, almost four years later, I still recommend him so highly. His work is expert, his pricing is more than fair and his word is absolutely solid. What a great find, perhaps the ONLY great find since my relocation! Mark's cell phone number is 570-269-8463. Please tell him that Sherry sent you.

Congratulations and best wishes on your purchase!

We bought outside JT last August. Congrats on your new home! We really love the area. So much to do....and all year long.

I'll be very honest and say that finding good contractors there can be an interesting experience. There have been moments when I felt like we had bought in Mexico...no joke. Shocking how many folks just never show up, especially in today's economy.

This site has been a great resource and folks are so friendly and helpful. I've gotten great advice and recommendations.

Enjoy!
