Pocono Country Place?

I agree I came up here six months ago from New York City and by next year 2013 I am out. In the K section of pcp people do not take care of their properties dead leaves and trash seem to be a fashionable real estate statement in this section. Were my parent's have a house down south in a subdivision, they would never allow homeowners to get away with such a ridiculous situation. So, if you are looking to move up here do not waste your time in monroe county and Tobyhanna. You want to go to Easton, Stroudsburg or Allentown because you will be allot closer to hospitals and places of employment. In Tobyhanna the closet-est hospital is Mount Pocono Hospital which is just a forty minutes drive, and receive a B rating from the local paper two weeks ago.

Honestly why waste your time and come out here? The property value of these homes especially in pcp have gone down tremendously. Absolutely great for the home buyer but terrible for the home owner. You might say this is going on all over the place, but trust me pcp have taken a huge hit. Number one in one section there are at le for aast 60% of the homes are foreclosed or abandoned which had created room for theft of copper wire, and plumbing pipes. These homes had taken a $60,000.00 and more hit, with the new crime waves the homes are decreasing in value still. I know a neighbor she bought her house twenty years ago $125k, she have a menticulous house brand cherry wood floors, italian ceramic kitchen. Guess what? She just had her appraise they told her it is only worth $65k, and she still have a ten year's mortgage of $900.00 a month so you tell me if it is worth it?

Well said. I've posted similar posts months ago and the cheerleaders here did their best to deny the facts you posted. Tread careful... anytime now you will be called a racist.
