Anyone know how to get help to pay for a vet for a Boston Terrier who needs to have her eye removed and the owners cannot afford to pay for the surgery?

Try contacting the local Boston Terrier rescue with the situation:

Most vets will work with you on a payment plan if the surgery is necessary. If your vet won't, I would find another vet.

Mine?

(sorry for the double post) IMOM stands for In Memory of Magic, the founders kitty. It gives some money to pet owners in need, and posts their situation on IMOM's website so others can donate. But it's not totally free-the owners have to do whatever they can (if they haven't already) including garage sales, etc to help with the funding. If the vet will allow payments (some will, some won't) they have to go that route.
What IMOM tries to avoid is those who just want a gift. Check out their site.
