Community Developement (houses, general contractor, closing)

Hi All.
I am a current resident of the Poconos. I am a psychology major specializing in counseling with interests in alternative healing and rehabilitation techniques. I am currently gathering a group of like minded people to form a think tank to create a self sustaining community here in the Poconos. The concept is similar to an eco-village, but I would like it to contain a holistic (natural) treatment facility, rehab clinic, organic farms, retail outlets (Selling products we produce), and a renewable energy testing facility. Anyone is welcome to join in the conversation and contribute ideas and of course, valuable knowledge that can be used by the group. This is a very grass roots project (No pun intended), but our ultimate goal is to have a working zero footprint community where people can learn how to become self sustaining by observing a working system. I do have leads on 2 properties, but if you are a property owner and are interested in our project (And would love some really good tax breaks) please reply. So, in closing we are looking for engineers (Greenhouses, Aquaponincs, Architects, Land Management), Doctors (Holistic Healing, Psychologists, Alternative Healers), Farmers (Organic, Greenhouse), Electricians (Solar, General Contractors), and anyone who would like to contribute other valuable knowledge or would like to reside in our community.
