Doesn't make sense to me either, but like I mentioned above. They do plan on billing the Obama/Biden campaign to cover costs such as that. Not sure if it'll actually get paid, but that was their "genius" attempt to pick up (some) lost dollars.

Honestly I'm surprised the goon stated he was going to send off a bill in the first place. I guess their classifying visits like that as "official" and "campaign." Apparently they classified the visit Obama from last time as "official" when he came to Scranton High, but this one w/ Biden was a "campaign" visit.
