Oh yes,i will still keep some roots here.

We closed yesterday and im officially out of nepa but i still enjoy the forum

Glad you were able to sell and be where you want to be. But of course, no place can come any where near NYC when it comes to "things to do". We lived in Orlando for 10 years and I guarantee there are way more things to do everyday in NYC that Orlando will never see. Let alone NEPA. I think NEPA has things "to do"; even in winter, but its not even in the same page or even the same book as NYC.
