My favorite season would be deer season.

What's a good place for geese? The last time I went goose hunting, all of the geese were conveniently hanging out next to a barn. I could swear that they were laughing at me.

I get very sad during the winter time when the sun starts falling before dinner even begins.
The dead of winter does get depressing. I enjoy a White Christmas, New Years, Eastern or "Russian Christmas" Solstice, Three Kings Day and all of the amazing parties that go on in this area.

The first snowfall is pretty, as is the second and third.

Like yourself, I am getting less tolerant of the cold and if we could lose the months of February and March I'd be just fine.

I love the transitional seasons though - meaning Autumn and Spring. I wish they were longer.
