Lol....Asbury Park....oh OK. Rebounding? If if they couldn't revive the shore town to be a shore town don't think reviving a station or stops in Asbury is. LOL that's the funniest damn thing I've ever heard.

As far this being a NJ sub-forum, well if your homesick why not switch to the NJ forum.

Asbury Park aka Newark by the Sea. Believe it or not, I heard it was making a come back. Artsy people are trying to turn it into a SoHo environment.

Took my son there to a 3 day concert this past summer.... its trying, but it doesnt look like its working too well kinda run down and sparse..IMHO

Was it Bamboozle? I played there 1 night . I filled in for a drummer friend of mine who got sick ..

How far along with the rebuilding do you think they will be? (I was told the beach house we had when I was a kid was swept right into the ocean.) Since the shore economy is so heavily tourist dependent, it's like a chicken & egg thing.
