I think it's going to be 10 mainline toll booths every 35 miles or so. I'm sure they'll have some high speed ez-pass lanes at each toll booth, where you won't have to slow down at all, and everybody else will have to stop and pay the old-fashion way.

I was talking about this with my husband last night, saying that hopefully this money will improve roads in the state and he just looked at me like I had three heads. He explained to me (and anyone know if he's right not?) that the money from all these tolls will to to the Turnpike Commission, who will spend the money on the toll roads and whatever else they spend money on. They'll give some to the state, but most of it won't be spent on any other roads. At this point in time Route 80 is actually a pretty decent road. The PA Turnpike, on the other hand . . .
