I got my advice from another website and its been great actually. A girl there works with animals and works with a vet also.
I ordered from Ebay......the seller had 100% good rating. It was listed as an Aussie product, I thought it was coming from there but, it came out of California.
It took just 10 days. The dates were good on the package.....
I asked Walmart for a container and a dropper, they gladly gave that to me.
So I could measure out of the large dog vial.
Each Large Dog size vial = 4.0 mil which is 4 doses for an 11 to 20 lb dog. Thus a 6 month treatment package for a large dog would be 24 treatments for a small dog.
The dog and Cat formulation for Frontline is the exact formulation.......I understand the dose for a cat is 0.5ml with Frontline.
On Aussiedirect.com or ( Aussiepetdirect.com)with shipping included a 6 month supply for a Large dog is 42.50.
The large dog size can be divided into 20 cat doses.
I got the 3 pack which equals 12 treatments. Having one dog ( now)that will last me a YEAR.
I walk my dogs on the beach in SC everyday when I am there.........and this gives me zero worries that I could have a problem in the home.
This is a headache saver and a great product for dogs like mine who broke out over every little thing. In fact, my Lhasa was allergic to a flea.........I had to find something fast. I wouldn't be without it........( yes, always the Plus)
OH my, now I sound like a commercial........

I had the same problem for the past two years and the ONLY thing that worked was Frontline. It's more expensive than the rest of the stuff but when you add up all the money you spend on Dawn, Flea Powders, Shampoo etc. it's well worth it. I still have a problem with one of my cats even with Frontline though. I think it's mostly because he's "ginormous" and needs a quadruple dose or something but I just have to give him a Dawn bath once every two weeks to make sure he doesn't get reinfested!

I agree with Deerlover! Absolutely no Hartz or Biospot ever!!! I work in a veterinary hospital and have seen death and permanent neurologic problems caused by those products (lawsuits are pending). We use Frontline Plus for both cats and dogs in conjunction with breakaway collars for cats and flea/tick collars for dogs. Put the unused portion of the collar after cutting it to the correct size into your vacuum cleaner and then it will kill fleas that are vacuumed up.
