I read somewhere online during my search for houses in NEPA that Hemlock Farms Community has a couple of bocce courts.

Late in seeing this thread, but my neighbor told me about this:
Italian American Cultural Club of Lehigh Valley
Details: We have the Villa Bocce Courts at 440 Northampton Street, Easton PA for anyone's use. 2 beautiful gated courts with tables and benches. Listen to Festa D'Italia W-E-S-T AM 1400 Sunday's 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM for Italian music.
Website: Home of the LV Italian American Cultural Club

There are probably some private courts in Roseto, PA as well.

If you aren't familiar with this park, it is pretty nice. It has good walking/jogging trails and a lot more (e.g. fishing pond for kids, swimming pool, basketball, picnic facilities, kids gym area, lots more (see the web site))... so it gets used by all ages. It's on reclaimed mining waste lands, adjacent to the Anthracite Museum and Coal Mine Tour. It is well maintained and continues to get small improvements.

A nice example of what can be done.

The pool is closed for the season, but I highly recommend the mine tour if it is still open...

My lil family simply loves McDade! We also truly enjoyed the coal mine tour. We took our son on it a few years ago, and he learned so much. Got a bit freaked out too!

Did the Mine Tour yesterday...was part of the last group to go for the 3pm run...what a blast seeing how that work was done and the hard life they lived...makes you appreciate what you have now...heading up to Lake Wallenpaupack today to take the 4-legged kids for a day out since they were home all day yesterday alone while we went out to play...

Just checked their community website and it doesn't say anything about bocce courts...
