I currently live in the east stroudsburg with my and son.We are looking to move possibly to scranton.It seems the cost of housing is cheaper in scranton as well as the property taxes.Can someone give me some zips of areas that are descent.We are looking at a price range of 75,000 to 125,000.Also a good school system,my son has moderate hearing loss so he would need a decent school system with the right support.It doesnt matter if its in the city or near just as long as its a 5-10 minute drive to decent shopping center.Thanks for any help.
