I started looking before the world seemed to start ending. Summer has brought many new properties on the market and i have lost a few which were perfect. I don't care where the house/farm is in PA. From NJ border to Pittsburgh. It's just hard to look at homes that are a good distance away. Price range is up to 450.000 or a little more.

You might want to find a job before you find a home. If you can/do work from home, you will need good internet connection which not every place has.
