Thanks. Yes, I plan to do many of these smaller communities together, such as Wyalusing/Laceyville, Mansfield/Troy, Nicholson/Factoryville/Lake Winola, etc. Centralia has intrigued me for quite some time. A few months ago the gallery in the basement of Marquis Art & Frame in Downtown Scranton had a showing of various photos taken from areas like Centralia, and that only further piqued my curiosity. I've garnered a reputation for shooting mostly historic homes in NEPA, so taking photos of driveways to nowhere and steam rising from the ground would be quite a sadistic twist for me.

In no particular order - Allentown, Emmaus, Macungie, Big Bass Lake and The Hideout.

As far as Centrailia, it is so creepy being there. I don't have any other word for it, but creepy. What I found odd was it seemed that on the lots that had houses torn down, the owners came back to cut the grass. You would drive down one of the many empty streets and see high grass and then a lot that was freshly cut. Really weird.

I think I'd really like to see Lake Cumo and also Lake Henry. Thornhurst sounds so quiet and to itself. The Hideout would be nice.
Pictures that show you distinctly how an area is, rather then just the home styles.
Catching the essence of a place.
If someone does Allentown, they should capture the best and the worst of it.
It is a diverse place. But, some of those streets, I would not be in at night.

Thanks. I hope to do more of Carbon County this year. I've always had a fondness for it because it seems to have lost its identity and doesn't know who to pledge its allegiance to. Folks in Palmerton commute to the Lehigh Valley. Some folks in Lake Harmony commute to Wilkes-Barre. Carbon County is dubbed as being part of both the Pocono Mountains AND Lehigh Valley. It's really cool to me to see an area so "lost."

I would suggest Shohola up here in Pike in the hopes of seeing something new but this town is still "very old". The drive "through town" takes all of about 45 seconds and consists of a Catholic church, the post office (if you blink you miss it), the barber shop/gift shop/bait store (all in one), a small organic food store, and a bank on one street. Then around the corner is a lumber yard and a chiropractor. I think that's it til you get on 434 then there's Midtown Service/Exxon gas with a mini-store. A small recycling area right next to the Shohola Caboose. That's it. I was simply amazed.....

How about some of the towns that dot Northern Wayne County, as well as Sullivan and Delaware Cos. NY, along the Delaware River? There are some nice towns up that way, including Damascus, Narrowsburg, Callicoon, and Hancock. You could even start down south a bit further at Matamoras/Port Jervis and take treacherous Rt. 97 up the NY side of the river through the windy part called Hawk's Nest. That's a hell of a driving experience

Oh and if you happen to go to Lake Como you *must* try the pizza and pasta at Villa Como, it's fab!

I've already done Narrowsburg, Callicoon, and parts of Damascus.
