I'm not sure what/where APCP is but you seem to be basing judgement of a whole area on one person's behavior.

Find me a place where everyone has halos and I'll know I'm in heaven.

You missed the other discussions about that neighborhood? While I've never been there and have no opinion on the matter, from what I've read here, I'd avoid the place.

For some people their definition of what's a "nice neighborhood" varies. Me, while I'm from the Bronx, I'm from the nicest area (outside of Riverdale)- good quality of life, middle and upper class incomes, etc. I wouldn't live APCP for all the tea in China. However, for someone from say Crotona Park, APCP just might be heaven sent.

Same here. I picture it as Marty McFly's old housing development in Back to the Future 2, after Biff Tannen becomes mayor and crime runs rampant on the streets of Hill Valley.

Still don't know what APCP is but if it's got more than 2stop lights you be sure I will avoid it.

I'd take what I read here with a mighty grain of salt. If I based my opinion solely on what was said here, we'd have move out of Wilkes-Barre years ago. According to people here, Wilkes-Barre is some sort of apocalyptic war zone filled with murderers and zombies.

I've lived in the Poconos and I've lived in the Wyoming Valley. I'd move to W-B long before I'd ever consider moving to PCP.
