Ever watch that show about the Aligator Hunters in Loweezeeanna...?

The one guy with the charming Cajun accent that wears the same striped blue polo shirt every episode...I love when he is checking the bait with his female companion and they have a big 'un on the hook thrashing about and he yells out ;

CHOOT 'IM LISBETH!....CHOOT 'IM!!!!

I agree with you on that point. I do not want to put Sarge down on his neighborhood watch. Don't count on any bean bags from me.

It is in every resident's best interest to improve their community. Clean up PCP and you improve property values - your home investment grows. That beats loosing money!

I have suggested several times that PCP needs to improve their image. Our local paper did not help - but they are reporting very little local news anymore. My feeling is that positive steps, like the neighborhood watch, would help. I was thinking more along the lines of Girl Scout, Boy Scout, church activities, fishing, mushroom hunting, etc. But Now we have a problem with how to get positive news out to the surrounding community. Of course it does take a long time to change people's minds. It might even take a longer time to clean up some areas inside the development? However, as more people become aware of the rewards of cleaning up their community; I think others will come around.
