Oh, by the way avoid Edwardsville like the plague. I'm usually a positive person who tries to find a silver lining to the gray clouds when it comes to our area, but Edwardsville has no redeming qualities. It's a small town that looks like some old abandoned mining town in W. Virginia. It's pretty small, but it has three low income housing projects!, and a half way house. And it has been having a crime wave lately, included a few shootings(one of them ending in a homicide), and a violent home invation, all in the last couple of months. Like I said, I try not to be negative, but this town has no positives... well maybe Vic Mars restaraunt, but that's about it!

You forgot to mention that yet another body was found in Edwardsville just a few days ago, and someone was setting off pipe bombs to the rear of my workplace last week as well. For a town of per se 4,800 residents, I've never seen so much violent crime on a per capita basis. What are borough officials in Edwardsville doing to beef up their police force to help counter their MAJOR crime issues? It seems as Wilkes-Barre continues to gentrify itself and re-attract middle-class families, the rifraff is flocking to Edwardsville. It's a shame because that town could be so beautiful too.
