If we have no lawyers here please send on over some recommendations in the Lake region....thanks
If your looking for a lawyer in the lake region your in trouble right from the start. Most of the lawyers around the lake are friends from investments together and many involve their ownership of communities when they first started. Found this out the hard way. Your best is to look in the yellow pages for someone out of the area.As for TC, wow, asked her to represent in a matter, sent me a detailed cost package and a contract to sign for services, prices were out of this world and I have used lawyers before but thought I would give her a try. Didn't. The lawyers here are all in the good ole boy local network, deal makers not fighters.

Northeast PA is loaded with these lawyers:

If I have to hear another commercial for an ambulance chasing personal injury lawyer, I'll scream!

I agree with Mr. Krabs and PoconoLivin'for me, I knew this because of my experience in a law firm and that is why when we retained a malpractice firm we got one in Bergen County, New Jersey. The area that the lawyer practices in says a lot about who they are and what they are about. Super lawyers is a hard accolade to get in the Martindale-Hubbard listing.

I havent done anything further with this yet. Getting all my paperwork in order to present to the ACC. I was really checking into the legality of it all just in case they give me a hard time(which they usually do here!)
