Hello all being a new person here ive gone over a ton of posts and thank you all for that. They have helped me for the most part but as you know you must research everything. For all those new people looking to move or has questions about the area I came across this page.

Yes I was surprised at how many - That only made the search harder. With all those I have to research more HOAs and community issues. But good cause I will be able to have more options.

Beech Mountain Lakes isn't there. It's probably for the best.
Unless you'd like to bail out one of the many in there that haven't been able to sell their homes.

Also missing Sugar Hill Estates in Greentown. Small community, low dues which cover road maintenance, snow plowing and central garbage dumpsters.

The list is several years outdated in terms of fees and such. My community dues dates back to the 2014 rate. It's gone up each year since.
