Just called my local large HVAC company in Stroudsburg and got a price for an annual cleaning of $289.00 which is a special marked down from $359.00. That seems kind of high. What are others paying this year?

Yesterday I called Tolino (who bought out Mountain Fuels) and they referred me to Fogel who charges $200 + parts, and the lady said it usually runs $55 for parts so $255.
The place I contacted via Angie's List still hasn't gotten back to me.

No, he didn't which is OK if it's just him or he has a small crew.
But I am probably going with Groner after getting another quote of $299 from Jeff's HVAC. If you sign up for Groner's service agreement for $266 it includes the annual cleaning plus gives you a 15% discount on other work including plumbing, etc. Our burner is still only around 4 years old and shouldn't break but we have other stuff around that could!
