Do you have any specific examples you can share with us as far as the police go? It sounds pretty far fetched.

Don't hospitals have a legal and moral responsibility to treat the injured, regardless of ethnicity or even ability to pay? Hippocratic Oath and all that.

City schools have a responsibility to educate the students. It's their job. The teachers are paid with tax dollars, too. Why should this be any different than ESL teachers or translators, if the school needs them? Many LEGALS--Hispanic, Asian, European--cannot speak English either. And how does an illegal go about registering for school?

TERM:

I think if that is the case you need to contact a lawyer and the local news channels, explain your situation and file formal complaints against the police. I don't mean you but i think too many people let their imaginations run wild with these scenarios of ILLEGAL'S ruining the fabric of our society. The fact of the matter is it is your own attitude that will dictate you overall state of mind.

Do I think that police are over burdended; maybe. Do I think Scranton is experiencing some dramatic down turn is proper police work due to a few hundered EL Salvadorians living in SouthSide? NO

On another note.....I was at the Radio Shack in Wilkes-Barre....I walked in the store and past the counter to hear a very big man say to the person working "Don't you know who I am?"

Can you guess what politician this would of been? I bet you can.

My guess would have to be Greg Skrepenak, the washed-up ex-NFL star who has had his ego inflated for far too many years by folks who voted for him with the rationale of "He's a good football player. Therefore he will also be a great county commissioner." Idiots.

Yep, Gretchen. This guy Dan Sheehy is a brave man. Electing Ron Paul will help put off the NAU for a few years and give time for more truth to be told, but one politician can not save this nation from greed and socialism. These people are patient and calculated. Every one of us needs to wake up and start living in a way that is helping rather than hurting our Big family.
