As long as there is a Doherty majority on council the spending will never slow down or stop as long as Doherty is mayor. $15,000,000 in new hires and raises....$16,000,000 a year in debt service payments...Thats just to pay our loan payments....Not impact on principle, just interest.

He started with around a $7,000,000 surplus 8 years ago...

Completely off topic, I thought this was Warren Buffett in the picture.

I agree. Give Gary a shot, he can't be any worse than Doherty. I voted for him last time and would vote for him again.

I'm sorry to say it, but Sister Adrian looks like an old man. There is nothing feminine about that woman at all.

I reiterate, does she have cancer? If this kind woman has some sort of chronic illness that has caused her to have lost so much of her hair, then it is really cruel for you guys to be making fun of her appearance. I just lost a close relative a few days ago to cancer. I don't take such an illness very lightly.

Dunno, don't think so.

It's just uncanny how much she looks like frickin' Warren Buffett.

Hopefully Sister Adrian's retirement stops her importing people from the ghettos to Scranton.

No, not that I know of. She's had that short hair as long as I can remember.
