Hey I was driving through on my way back to Paupakan Lake on Friday. I saw that guy. Hawley was a pretty happening place that day with the classic cars and street scences. Who would have thought it?

I was on the way back from paddling on the Lackawaxen. They have recreational dam releases every Friday all summer. What a great time! There were about 100 boats going down the river. We met at the Zane Grey house at the confluence. The river is a treasure! We saw an eagle too. Lots of fun whitewater, with little real consequences if you had to swim. I think I will be coming back for another crack at the river at the end of the month.
