Dan, I guess they find flooded neighborhoods humorous because it hasn't happened to them. Well, it hasn't happened to me and I find no humor in it at all. I find it sad and disgraceful for a city to turn a blind eye on a flood ravaged neighborhood. Doherty and all of the sheep are laughing because they think they got one over on you and your neighbors. They're the ones who will be getting the last laugh. That's the problem with this city, the cronies and sheep are taken care of and the honest, hard working people are shunned.

I can picture Mayor Doherty doing that. Hopefully it would be a painful double-chocolate chunk!

You do realize that there has been a spate of burglaries recently in well-to-do Green Ridge, the mayor's very own neighborhood, right? Do you propose he's "shunning" his own neighbors?

That's his own fault for cutting public safety and using taxpayers money foolishly for other silly things.

I think I just ruined my own appetite for the "Death by Chocolate" ice cream in my freezer! I'll be picturing it coming out of the back-side of our infamous mayor!

He has spent millions on nothing while the city crumbles around us...
He wasted millions in one park.
He build the most expensive dog park in the nation.
He has borrowed us into hundreds of millions in debt with nothing to show.
He has sacrificed public safety to try and win a battle against the unions.
He borrowed us into a 25% tax increase...
He spent over $15,000,000 on raises and new hires....
He has ignored the exodus from the city, claiming we are a 24hr a day city....
He has build enough parking garages for NYC.....Wasting millions...

Lets not forget the over $500,000,000 in long term debt....in 8 years

All we have to show for this is a treehouse, bridge to nowhere, and Nay Aug....

Yep Doherty is to blame for the city's wow's and he has probably sped up the decline in population over the last 4 years due to the current state of the city.

How the hell do you figure? Even with all the new construction, downtown garages are usually 80% full or better on a daily basis, and this is in a 'dead' city? Get your head out of your ass already.
