Tonight's dinner will be a sweet potato and winter squash soup that's cooking away now in my slow cooker. All I have to do is warm some bread when I get home and enjoy! I love my slow cooker!

Whew, ok so today it was for the week LOL. I do that alot by the way, cook off a bunch of stuff on my day off and microwave it as needed. It works out well for my wife who brings dinner to work every day.
