Hello all ,it has been awhile since my last post.I have continued to read posts on and off and continue to find everyones post interesting and informative.

Now on to the question.
We continue to own a home in Pocono farms and have not livred there in approx 2 years. Whats going on there is that community becoming unsafe?
We have had renters in the home an pass by every month or so to check up on the property but it is hard to tell what is going on.We have recently had to evict our renters and the house is empty.Should I be worried about vandelism or squatters?

We have a family member, single woman with 3 young kids wanting to rent the home in the spring, will she be safe.

I know why I left, would I be crazy to hope it has gotten better or not gotten worse.

As always any thoughts appreciated

My ex-boyfriend lives in Pocono Farms-East, and it never seemed to be an unsafe community to me. I was a little freaked out by the sign saying that a new library was "Coming Soon" for YEARS, but everything moves at a snail's pace in NEPA (man I miss my foray into Brooklyn Heights already!) LOL! As far as I know Pocono Farms is still a nice place to live, although we all hear nothing but negativity regarding nearby A Pocono Country Place.

Default Pocono Farms

Ponoco Farms is entirely unrelated to Pocono Farms East. The builders borrowed the name to intentionally cause this confusion.

Pocono Farms Country Club is lovely.

Pocono Farms East is much like PCP.
