My ex-boyfriend lives in Pocono Farms-East, and it never seemed to be an unsafe community to me. I was a little freaked out by the sign saying that a new library was "Coming Soon" for YEARS, but everything moves at a snail's pace in NEPA (man I miss my foray into Brooklyn Heights already!)
LOL! As far as I know Pocono Farms is still a nice place to live, although we all hear nothing but negativity regarding nearby A Pocono Country Place.

Ponoco Farms is entirely unrelated to Pocono Farms East. The builders borrowed the name to intentionally cause this confusion.
