I post too many photos! The enjoyment of the digital age has taken me away from my painting and drawing!
I have too much fun taking pictures! I posted a few snippets of my paintings. Here are drawings I have done.
Three are from Danville, my Hometown! This is the bridge which connects Northumberland and Montour counties.

The Thomas Beaver Free Library is a beautiful piece of architecture!

The Montgomery House in downtown Danville.

I spent time in New England
and I felt the Mayflower would be a good beginning.

My all-time favorite piece of architecture
is the Union Oyster House in downtown Boston.

I spent a lot of time here, photographing many children (with
parental permission) playing here, in the Public Garden in Boston.

I traveled to Gloucester once a month for a year, doing studies
of this statue, before working at the drawing table.

Thank you for looking! -Ken

Before that bridge was resconstructed, my grandfather proposed to my grandmother in the middle of that bridge. They both have passed on, but would be 101 & 102 today. Everytime we would drive across that bridge, my grandfather would tell us the story when we were kids. Thanks for the memory - we haven't past that area in a few years.

thanks so much for sharing with us! You're very talented. Pencil was always my medium, but I could never capture some of the detail you have! They could be b&w photos...

Ken, I am taking a pen and ink drawing class, so I know what a talented person you are. I can't come close to what your do. My instructor is an 82 year old man who does wonderful work also. He mainly draws old churches with every brick and stone!!
