Hey my dear friends!

I recently went across this listing and need your opinion. I think it's a bit high for the size. If you could recommend something, place for good listings or just good realtor to contact, I would be more than grateful.

So, here it is. I'm waiting for your replies. Thanks!

I looked at the house and seen it was right on the lake. Thats what your paying for, the house might need some tlc but you cannot find a home on the lake for that price. Try www.pare.org to see what else there is for you to choose from. I dont know what your price range is but lakefronts are generally over $400,000. Good Luck!!!

I was looking for something small for the weekend/vacation purposes. Not to exceed 200K
[color=black][font=Verdana]Since I am not all that familiar with PA (just few areas) I see a lot of variation in the price. I even saw properties for less than a 100K. I personally think they may not be in great neighborhoods.

It's lovely! I would certainly enjoy my coffee in the morning with that view. I don't think you can get that close to the water for under 200K

Lake front homes are expensive. The one you seen is a great buy. Homes that are under 100k arent necessarily in bad areas but they might be in areas that arent close to anything or they could need major work.

You need to find out where you want to go and what is most important for you to have in your home, ie. 2 bedrooms or 3 bedrooms, a basement or a garage. Once you make your list you can look at homes that you can afford and find the ones that give you what you want and the most for your money. Its hard work to find a home that is perfect. Sometimes you cant get perfect and you might have to comprimise. Good luck!!!
