I looked at the house and seen it was right on the lake. Thats what your paying for, the house might need some tlc but you cannot find a home on the lake for that price. Try
www.pare.org to see what else there is for you to choose from. I dont know what your price range is but lakefronts are generally over $400,000. Good Luck!!!

Lake front homes are expensive. The one you seen is a great buy. Homes that are under 100k arent necessarily in bad areas but they might be in areas that arent close to anything or they could need major work.
