I hope there is no gang activity in there! I just bought a house there and everyone I have come across has been very nice. I have not seen anybody that even remotely looks like they may be in a gang. It is possible that it is too remote for them.

Hardly! Well, it is off 507 (and 196). So you're partly right.

I really dont think they have much crime at all. It is still rather rural and seems to be a very nice area. I dont know where pocono spring estates is, but if its near bushkill its about an hour and 15 mins east of Pocono springs. Pocono springs is in 3 different school districts. I think its Mt pocono, wallenpaupack and western wayne. The most troublesome areas are in Monroe county but there also seems to be more trouble the closer you are to the NJ border. But Pocono springs is still in the country and seems to be quiet and nice. The homes can be small little ranch home or big grand homes. Just like every community around here. Most are in pretty good shape.

It's off 507 - by the Fleer/Schmidt sign - it's a small sign post, barely perceptible...says Pocono Springs Road...not a typical community entrance sign, as it's the "back gate." I usually go in the main (196) entrance unless my clients need to meet me at the 507 entrance for some reason.
