Does it have to be Tobyhanna?? Saylorsburg, Sciota, Snydersville, Swiftwater, Kunkletown, Wind Gap, Effort, Brodheadsville (Pleasant Valley School district is highly rated), Kresgeville, etc., etc.,....there are many other places...whatever you do stay away from A Pocono Country Place...unless you don't mind living in a ghetto...I know the place from personal experience visiting friends that lived there and now don't...she sold her house at a loss just to get out of there...anything else just reply back to this thread or send me a direct message...

not to mention their PTA. wow they had a booth in East End Fair selling funnel cake and wow, they were very active and full involved!!! Some parents even tried to convince me to move to pocono full time. I am so glad that being a "minority" is not an issue at all for them.

It's one school district that has been lucky to have not had to suffer with the city garbage as much as Tobyhanna and Stroudsburg has...and hopefully it will stay that way as long as the teacher's and parent's keep a tab on things there...

In a way, not everyone from NYC/NJ are "city garbage". Our family is definitely from the inner NYC and we are definitely not city garbage.
