Is it a good place for kids and what activities do they have in the wintere time? There seems to be a lot of newly built houses for sale at a good price.

WLE has very tight security.....whatever you pay for dues in that community it is well worth it, the services are unmatched per most communities I have witnessed. WLE seems to be a great family oriented community to be in....nice homes & well kept by both property owners & the HOA.

I second everything you said. One of the best communities, they are more like a family. Good leadership and nice people.........very tight knit supportive community and really warm people.
