So isn't it very clear. Anyone of the two choices besides Doherty would be good ones. We already know what damage Doherty has inflicted on the city of Scranton. Another 4 years will be 12 years of Doherty damage that will take decades to remedy. Scranton can't survive 4 more years under Doherty. If he does get re-elected, I will watch from the outskirts of the city with a grin on my face watching the city go down like the Titanic, thinking "I told you so". I hope the majority of Scrantonians do the right thing and vote him out for their own good.

Not part of the downtown, say's who? Seems to me I have always been told that Central High (now Lackawanna College) and the Library were part of downtown and they are on Vine.

The reason why I prefer Downtown Wilkes-Barre over Downtown Scranton is that the Diamond City has an easily-defined central business district (North Street on the north, South Street on the south, the river on the west, and the wide Wilkes-Barre Boulevard on the east). Scranton's downtown is very haphazard and does not have easily-defined boundaries. Downtown Wilkes-Barre is just much more pedestrian-friendly in my eyes.

I cannot believe the sheep in this city voted for this clown again. Scranton is an embarrassment and will fall even farther. I'm leaving this place as soon as I can!!! I guess they are duped by his so-called progress. Well, the voters have spoken and now they're going to get all they deserve.

He's not the better man. I don't care anymore, I'm outta here. I can't live among the sheep anymore.

It will change a lot for me. I'm not happy here and this puts the icing on the cake. Besides I want to buy a house with some land and most certainly don't want to buy one here. Doherty is going to continue to raise taxes and spend. spend, spend. I've seen and had enough of 7 years in Scranton. It's over for me.
