Rubber Bullets are used successfully around the country where crowd control was needed and where taking down a suspect was needed.

I most certainly do so. As I have stated numerous times, there are many other comparable communities in this country that use rubber bullets, tasers and other non-lethal means to gain control of a suspect.

I maintain you do not know what you are talking about.

Why? Because I refuse to believe that our area is somehow impervious to the use of non-lethal techniques to control and/or arrest suspects? When said techniques are used successfully in other communities? So because I won't take the word of you, who I have no idea from, versus believing the studies and articles I've read by respected, trustworthy sources, I'm a brick?

Unbelievable.

And typical of this board - you don't agree with someone, have no facts to back up your assertions, so you want to shut the whole thread down. T-Y-P-I-C-A-L

Where is our moderator? Isn't there some board rule about posting 100 times in the same thread....like abuse of the forum or something? Spamming?
