Another shot of the '33 - killer. Looks like it's a fiberglass body.
Still nice, but nothing like original steel. Can't blame the guy
though, they aren't easy to find anymore, and a fortune
when you do.

Heck of a camera you have there, btw. The paint on some of
these cars looks phenomenal.

I spent the day mocking up my new tailights for the '31. Luckily
the pre-gasser years are a little more affordable. I'm hoping I can
get it fired up in a couple weeks, then it's off to the body shop.
Good weekend for doing some wrenching.

nothing special about the cameras...they are good quality but what you see is about lighting, angles, skills, luck and creative processing.

Yup, it's not about the camera, but the photographer being able to work with what he has. Having a good camera helps down the road it's the photographer.

The best comparison I read was it's like after a great meal, telling the chef, "You must have some great pots and pans back there!"

we have a 35 year old nikon fe that takes better resolution pictures with velvia 50 slide film then any of our digitals..... also a 250 buck canon point and shoot the sd880 that gives our nikon d300 a run for the money in good lighting
