My best friend is looking to buy a home very near or right on Lake Nuangola. I've never bought a house and neither has she, so I'm not much help and she's basically lost...LOL.

We both have tried to look online for homes for sale in that area, but are just coming up with developments in Mountain Top.

Any site recommendations? Any other help? Thanks!

Drive there and look around for FSBO's maybe? I remember there have been some significant sewer issues in Nuangola Borough so if those are continuing (I've been out of touch) that might drive sales away from conventional realtor chains. It's been in my mind to look thereabouts if I ever need to move to NEPA.

How do you like living there? Did the sewer issues ever get resolved? Anything else to say about the area?

I live on the north end of nuangola it is very quiet and the lake is just beautiful I dont live there year round I just have a summer home It gets very cold there in the winters. Also the sewer issues are not resolved yet sadly the township is still trying to find funding.
