My in-laws have a small "2nd home" in the Beech Mountain Lakes complex in Drums. We usually visit it about 3-5 weekends/year to enjoy the pool, boating on the lake (they own a canoe that we get to use), etc.

I often bring my laptop with me, and I had a problem last February where it needed a repair and was in the shop while we were up there and I had a quick need to go on the Internet. I had looked up "Internet cafes" and discovered this place.

I found it to be much more than an "Internet stop", the food was amazing (especially their "breakfast food") and the service extremely friendly. And they have things like books for the kids to read (and sometimes color into) while waiting for their food, so it's definitely more than just a "business" restaurant (my kids (8 and 6) LOVE the food there, and they are quite "picky eaters").

Now we have made it a "tradition" to eat there any time we visit the area. I was just wondering if anyone else on here has gone there and what you think of the place, I think it's certainly a nice "local gem".
