When it gets closer to that time, I would think there would also be a listing for fireworks at "This Week in the Poconos" This Week In The Poconos - Your Guide for Where to Go, What to Do and What to See in the Pocono Mountains Since 1932!

Default How fabulous is this listing? Sale pending, of course!

Home Search - Property List - Central and Southeastern, PA (http://www.homesbyowner.com/lancaster/home_view.asp?homeid=32305&PhotoNo=1243895&Version =1 - broken link)

Wow.... I'm living in a stupid condo five minutes from NYC and paying SO much more and I could have had THIS?????????
Sherry, eager to relocate to PA!

well you would then need to find work, and if you are comfortable being able to afford a condo near NYC, then you are looking for a high salary, which is not available in that area (harrisburg area). Also there is no picture of the home, when was it built??? and that is a lot of maintence to keep up with -having all that landscaping and pool.

Default From NYC suburb to PA

1.) I'm retired
2.) I'm able to work from home
3.) That house is pending a sale, has many photos on another website and, for me, is just an example of the world that is available to me outside of northern NJ.
4.) I saw a gorgeous farmhouse on vast property that suits my needs very well.
5.) I am not yet prepared to relocate. I have to prepare my condo for sale and finish some issues on this end. What I have accomplished now is the decision that it's to PA that I will relocate. I had considered NC, upstate NY, New Hampshire but, just looking at what's available in PA has assisted me to make this big decision. I love what I see, it's the lifestyle I seek and I don't have to abandon my entire support system as it's a reasonable commute back here.
Sherry
