Howdy everyone! There are a slew of projects on the horizon that will only serve to enhance the quality-of-life in NEPA in the next decade, and I just wanted to know which ones have you drooling the most?!
As for me, I wet my pants every time I read about
any new mixed-use project coming to Scranton or Wilkes-Barre, as a glut of downtown housing in both cities should permit prices to come down to a level where I can afford a unit for myself!
Please reply below as well if you have any questions about the projects or anything else you'd like to add!

The longest-running joke in Scranton/Wilkes-Barre is the anticipated widening of I-81 to six lanes, which has been promised to us for many, many years now but is always delayed due to "insufficient funds." Meanwhile, I just sat in another traffic jam today between Wilkes-Barre and Pittston for 25 minutes due to construction and congestion.
Nevertheless, I think
both projects should be completed at some point before I die!

As for me, I wet my pants every time I read about any new mixed-use project coming to Scranton or Wilkes-Barre, as a glut of downtown housing in both cities should permit prices to come down to a level where I can afford a unit for myself! 
Nevertheless, I think both projects should be completed at some point before I die!
